In recent years, the social fabric connecting communities around the world has come under strain, endangering our security, economic development, and social harmony. The harmful trend of divisive thinking is now shaping community identities in "us vs. them" terminology.

Our aim is to popularize instead the concept of intercultural harmony. Through concert style events, video/song production, and other music based platforms, DRUM is messaging the principles of harmony, tolerance and respect. DRUM invites world-class western and eastern performers to lend their unique voices to the message.

DRUM's projects also serve to help cultures with admitted differences to find a common identity through a shared appreciation of music.

We are a not-for-profit geared organization that contributes end of year net proceeds to charities advocating youth empowerment as well as intercultural dialogue

I believe that art can help to illuminate the dark side of humanity. Even the great Philosophers of Ancient Greece accepted communication as a form of art and a route to wisdom.

Unfortunately, in the 21st Century, humankind has not been able to build a respectful, understanding and peaceful civilization. As a result the dark side of humanity surfaced. If you have the power to listen to your inner soul, you will hear it say “it’s time for change and personal revolution”.

This is the reason why I decided to take part in the DRUM project: to sing a song that reminds everyone of us, who is ready to create his or her personal revolution, of this long forgotten wisdom.

This Project is going to make us reflect upon the entrapments of our existence and will take us on a journey.

How about leaving our children a world in which mankind listens to its heart instead of its fear, in which sharing is more important than constant demanding and in which understanding and respect is taught instead of discrimination and prejudice?
